Our website is built and hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform (Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada). Shopify acts as a data processor on our behalf and may independently act as a data controller for certain platform-level functions. Payments are processed by Stripe. See Sections 5 and 6 for details.

We collect only the personal data necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
  • Account credentials (if you register an account on our Shopify store)

  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details

3.2 Information Collected Automatically via Shopify & Analytics Tools

  • Pages visited, products viewed, add-to-cart behaviour, and purchase history
  • Referring URLs and search terms

6.2 Stripe (Payment Processor)

6.3 Advertising Platforms

We use advertising pixels from Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok to measure the effectiveness of our ads and serve you relevant content on those platforms. These platforms may process your data as independent data controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies:

6.4 Other Service Providers

6.5 Legal Disclosure

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the UAE, including:

  • Shopify (Canada/USA) — subject to Shopify's Data Processing Addendum
  • Stripe (USA) — subject to Stripe's Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok — subject to each platform's cross-border data transfer mechanisms

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers in accordance with UAE PDPL requirements.

8. Data Retention

  • Order and transaction records: minimum 5 years (UAE tax and regulatory compliance).
  • Customer account data: retained while your account is active or until you request deletion.
  • Marketing and consent records: retained until you withdraw consent.
  • Shopify and Stripe platform data: subject to their respective retention policies.

9. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

Our Shopify store uses cookies, web pixels, and similar technologies. This includes essential cookies required for the store to operate, analytical cookies to understand how visitors use our site, and marketing pixels from Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok used to measure ad performance and serve you relevant content.

In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify the relevant UAE authorities and affected individuals as required by law.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we hold data about a minor, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
